4. Information We Collect

7.3 “Sale” / “Share” of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information for money in the traditional sense. However, California law defines “sale” and “share” broadly, and certain data disclosures (including some advertising related disclosures) may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under those definitions.

7.4 How to Submit a California Privacy Request
To exercise your access, correction, deletion, or portability rights, contact us as described in Contact Us and clearly state your request (for example: “California Privacy Request (CCPA/CPRA)”). We may need to verify your identity before completing your request.
7.5 Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization (such as written permission or a power of attorney) and may also require you to verify your identity directly.
7.6 Direct Marketing Disclosures (California)

8. How We Protect Your Information

11.3 Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signals. Because there is no uniform standard, our Services currently do not respond to DNT signals.

If you enable location based features, you consent to our collection of your device’s geolocation (which may include precise latitude/longitude depending on settings). We may use this information to provide location based features, such as identifying nearby availability and providing relevant content or messages.
You can revoke location permissions in your device settings.

We may send service related communications (transactional, security, and administrative messages) that are necessary to provide the Services.

If you use our mobile app, you may also receive in app messages, alerts, offers, and news. You can control these through your device or app settings.
13. Notice to Non U.S. Residents
Our Services are intended for use in the United States, and our servers are in the U.S. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
By using the Services outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the U.S. If you do not agree, please stop using the Services.
14. Third Party Platforms and Integrations
The Services may link to or integrate with third party websites, apps, platforms, and services, and may include third party advertising. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. If you leave our Services or interact with a third party service/advertisement, review that third party’s privacy policy.
This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by KCM through our Services.
15. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If a child under 16 has provided personal information, a parent or guardian should contact us so we can delete it.
