Returns Policy (KCM Mall)

As a snack and food supplier, food safety and product quality are our top priorities. Please review the returns policy below.

1) No Exchanges

To help ensure product safety and freshness, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like to try a different flavor or product, please check whether the item is eligible for return (see below), or simply place a new order for the item you want.

Taste is subjective — we do not offer refunds due to personal preference (for example, “I don’t like the flavor”).

2) Quality Issues & Food Safety

If the item you received has a quality or fulfillment issue, such as:

· expired product,

· damaged packaging / broken seal / leaked air,

· melted items, or

· wrong item shipped,

please do the following:

· Contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery).

· Do not throw away the item and do not mail it back before contacting us.

· We will ask you to provide photos of the product and the expiration date so we can verify the issue.

Once confirmed, we will arrange either a refund or a replacement shipment.

3) Standard Returns

Because food products are perishable, most items sold by KCM Mall are final. Whether an item is returnable depends on the policy shown on the product page.

· Follow the product page policy: Please check the item listing before placing your order.

If the product page shows “Returnable”:

· Please contact Customer Support to request a return.

· The item must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging.

If the product page does not indicate “Returnable”:

· The item is not eligible for return.

· For food safety reasons, items cannot be returned if you change your mind or don’t like the taste.

4) Shopping Tip

Before ordering, we recommend reviewing the return policy on the product page to confirm whether the item is returnable, so you can avoid unnecessary loss.
